A quick update: As part of the Tourism Sector Deal, the government committed to launching a new T Level in Professional Catering. On 15th November, The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education launched it's consultation on the content of the qualification.
The deadline for responses is 11th November 2019. Click here to participate.
