One Industry One Voice - #wecreateexperiences B2C campaign update (26.03.2021)

One Industry One Voice - #wecreateexperiences B2C campaign update (26.03.2021)

We’ll purely focus on the  We Create Experiences  campaign here, with more OIOV and taskforce updates next week.The B2C version of the #WeCreateExperiences campaign is activating next week on Tuesday 30th of March, on the back of the successful B2B campaign in December 2020, so we need your support on social media to ensure the key messages are shared far and wide.

Through the campaign we will encourage consumers to feel inspired by the range of experiences we deliver and reassured about planning for live experiences – we are also clear in our messaging on the journey we as the industry and the consumers are on, and that events will only come back in phases over time – so that together we can do this right.

Using the #WeCreateExperiences hashtag, we want everyone to share the event they’re most looking forward to, whether it’s outdoor shows, festivals, live sporting activations, concerts, weddings or any other consumer event that they have missed – so as to showcase the range of experiences that touches people’s lives every day.

Please therefore share this call to action across internal and external newsletters, forums, social media platforms etc, ready for Tuesday’s launch!

Assets to use are attached as you prefer in your comms – example:

We have already had coverage on BBC Radio stations in some regions, ITV news in the last few days in the lead up phase and more planned in coming days on both broadcast and print across national and regional media into next week’s activation – more updates will follow next week as they get booked in.

Thank you for all your continued support - your efforts will make a difference and help to educate everyone of the broad range and Power of Events, remind everyone of our industry’s global expertise and inspire confidence amongst the UK public. Please get sharing, tagging, reassuring and inspiring!
