This study builds on an earlier 2012 study and is based on responses from 212 meeting planners with global meeting planning responsibilities. It looks at best practices by destination marketing organisations (DMOs) from a planner's perspective, but also includes information on challenges facing the industry. It also identifies the most and least successful DMOs.
