In support of this year’s National Apprenticeship Week, BVEP and its partners are delighted to announce that they have started the process of reinvigorating the events industry apprenticeship scheme at a time when recruitment challenges are impacting all types of businesses across the sector.

BVEP Elects Chris Skeith as New Chair & Expands Executive Committee to Support Recovery of UK Events Sector

The Business Visits & Events Partnership (BVEP) has today elected Chris Skeith OBE, currently Director of EIA – representing AEO/AEV/ESSA, as its new Chair. The appointment, which takes place with immediate effect, will see Chris take up the role on a two-year term taking over from Simon Hughes, who moves into the role of Immediate Past Chair.
