The Britain for Events campaign is to hold its annual parliamentary dinner on Wednesday 27th October as National Events Month comes to a close.
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), have been announced as the latest supporter to join the fast growing Britain for Events campaign.
The campaign, which runs from October 2015 – March 2016, will see PCMA join a further 21 partners to promote the UK as a destination for meetings and live events.
Michael Hirst OBE, Chair of the Business Visits & Events Partnership (BVEP), says; “We are delighted to welcome PCMA as a first time supporter of Britain for Events. As a member of the BVEP they are already demonstrating their commitment to the UK events industry and we are extremely grateful for the further support they have announced today.”

These events take place ahead of the launch of the new All Party Parliamentary Group for Events, on October 26th.
“With distinct events, from the upcoming Parliamentary Dinner to the Event Industry Reception, PCMA values the opportunity to support this exciting time for Britain for Events,” said Deborah Sexton, PCMA President and CEO. “The UK offers unique destinations and venues for event planners seeking to grow their audiences and PCMA’s support will ensure their message is delivered to our membership.”
